The Governor Umar Namadi-led Jigawa State Government on Friday said it has approved over N1.4billion to be used for the fencing of graveyards in 30 constituencies across the state.

The Commissioner for Information, Youths, Sport and Culture, Mr Sagir Musa, who made this known on Friday told journalists in Dutse, the state capital that the money was approved by the State Executive Council.
The Commissioner added that part of the money would be used to construct palaces of District Heads in the state.
Musa said that the N1.4 billion was for 2023 Constituency Projects.
