The role of a teacher goes beyond classroom, they have power in shaping and changing life of students through teaching. The current state of the teaching profession is not encouraging due to the poor remuneration receive. Thus, the teacher becomes a partner in the learning process, guiding students today independently discover meaning within the subject area". The role of a teacher is not only to teach, but to mould and change a national through teaching. Teaching is the hardest work around the globe, Teacher are like a mirror and role model, leader, mentor to student.
