THE GENERAL PUBLIC IS HEREBY WARNED that Amen Estate and Amen Estate Phase 2 on Eleko Beach Road, Ibeju-Lekki, amongst others, are the property of Redbrick Homes International Ltd, and, along with other assets in the name of Ashlead Estates Ltd, form part of ASSETS accruing to the 21 year long marriage between myself and Mrs. Folasade Balogun Gbadamosi, a.k.a. Folasade Balogun, which the court has been asked to share between us in my cross petition pending before the High Court of Ogun State.

I am aware of the frantic efforts by Folasade Balogun Gbadamosi, my estranged wife, to hurriedly liquidate and dissipate these assets to unsuspecting buyers in order to foist a fait accompli upon the court in her sham petition, which claims that our 21-year long marriage produced no marital property for division and distribution.

Anyone who buys ANY property from Folasade Balogun Gbadamosi and her privies (under the names Redbrick, Ashlead, Tiara Gardens, Emerald Bay, Emerald Park, Amen City, etc), runs the risk of later losing the said property upon the court finding the sales to be fraudulent conveyances aimed at overreaching the judicial process and also defeating my legitimate interests in them during the pendency of the litigation in which they are in issue.
