FG ended on a sour note with JUSUN

The meeting between the officials of the Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria (JUSUN) and the Federal Government ended on a sour note as leadership of the JUSUN on Tuesday walked out of the Conference Hall of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment.

The labour leaders arrived for the meeting as early as 3pm and had to wait for more than ninety minutes without the Minister in sight.

Sources were of the opinion that JUSUN took the decision with the Parliamentary Staff Association of Nigeria after waiting over one and half hours for the Minister of Labour and Employment, Chris  Ngige while the meeting could not start.

A visibly angry unionists then staged a walk out after chanting solidarity songs.

Attempts by some Ministry officials to bring the labour leaders back to the meeting failed as they insisted the Minister had no regard for them.
